1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placing the order.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Public Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Charges: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders across India (Prepaid & Cash on Delivery).

Metro Cities: 3 - 5 Days

Rest of India: 5 - 7 Days

North East / J&K / Remote Areas: 7 - 10 Days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete address with a valid landmark and contact number.

The courier partner will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts. If you are not available, the packet will be returned to us.

For COD orders, please keep the cash ready or pay via UPI to the delivery person upon arrival.
5. Courier Partners We use premium courier partners to ensure safe and fast delivery, including Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, and Ecom Express.
6. Damages / Lost Packages The Daily Fix is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim.

IMPORTANT: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. An Unboxing Video is mandatory to prove damage during transit.
