Refund policy

1. 3-Day Return/Exchange Period We have a 3-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

IMPORTANT: Unboxing Video is Mandatory To ensure safety for both parties, we require an Unboxing Video of the parcel. If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing product, this video is required as proof to claim a refund or replacement. Without the video, we cannot process returns.

3. Exceptions (Items that cannot be returned)

  • Shapewear: Due to hygiene standards, Shapewear is eligible for Size Exchange Only. We do not offer refunds on Shapewear unless the product is damaged.

  • Cleaning Tablets: Cannot be returned if the box is opened or used.

4. How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at thedailyfix739@gmail.com or WhatsApp us.

  • Please include your Order ID and the Unboxing Video.

  • If your return is accepted, we will arrange a Reverse Pickup from your address (wherever serviceable).

  • If reverse pickup is not available at your pincode, we may ask you to self-ship the item, and we will reimburse the shipping cost (up to ₹100).

5. Refunds (For COD & Prepaid)

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment source within 5-7 business days.

  • COD Orders: Since you paid cash, we cannot refund automatically. You will need to provide your UPI ID (GPay/PhonePe) or Bank Account Details. We will transfer the refund amount within 24-48 hours after the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

6. Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size (e.g., Shapewear), please contact us. We will arrange a pickup of the old size and send you the new size.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
